Transition to NonRenewing status
Subscription goes to non-renewable status when a fixed number of billing cycles has been selected when creating or editing a subscription and the last cycle has started.
No invoice for the next billing period will be issued during or at the end of the current billing period. And the Next billing date cannot be edited.
At the end of the billing period, the subscription will be canceled.
Exit NonRenewing status
If the customer wants to extend the subscription, it can be done by changing the number of billing cycles.
Go to the card of the subscription you need and click Edit subscription.
In the Edit card, under Invoice creation setup, edit the number of cycles in the Billing Cycles field.
Click Update to save the changes.
The blocking of applying changes when editing Next billing date will be canceled. If at the time of editing, according to the subscription settings, a provisional invoice should have already been issued, the invoice will be generated and sent to the customer.
