Streamlined Collection Management.
Rainex is excellent for subscription payment management. As a small business owner, I’ve experienced firsthand how it simplifies the invoicing process, offering a centralized hub that effectively manages all subscriptions. No more scattered payments as Rainex streamlines invoice creation and keeps track of payments effortlessly. The comprehensive UX interface is a real gem, seamlessly integrating with any infrastructure. The efficient notification system ensures we never miss collection due dates and our clients never miss payments as well. Setting it up might take a bit of time, depending on the number of products and services you offer, but once it’s done, it’s truly a “set and forget” solution. Support is one of the best out there. The founders are so hands-on and active. Great job and kudos to the team!
Payments and billing are every engineer’s real nightmare, very underestimated in the workflow, btw. No CTO wants to deal with billing themselves, and no engineer wants to work on it in the long run.
I wish Rainex had existed 5 years ago, when my business was in its first major growth phase, so that our teams together could build such a handy system based on their API. How much time and effort we would have been able to devote not to payment processes, but to the development of our product!
Flexible subscription system.
We are switching multiple businesses into subscription-based models. We planned on developing all the logic ourselves, but then I saw Rainex on Appsumo. I ordered the T2 pack and played around with it. Due to our complex setup, I asked for a demo with our use case drawn in a mindmap. Artem explained the software and set up a solution during the demo. AMAZING! I will be adding more subaccounts, Rainex will save us a lot of dev time. Make my life even better by adding Mollie, widely used in The Netherlands.
Just what I needed for 2024 to grow my business.
If you understand that this is a start up with a tool that is much needed then you can see the value in this tool in like 5 mins. Also to offer a client portal for my clients to log into and add more services is gravy on the top. No pun intended for a payment gateway platform either. It has so many features and upside that you need to be patient. The best thing I like is the customized emails using my own email. This is great.
PROS
+The vision of this tool is everything you could think of in a payment gateway.
+ The ability to have your clients and customers to refer your business in exchange for points or deals off their plan is major.
+ Customer support was above average.
++ Customer billing portals
We didn’t think about billing at the start. But since the number of 4Biz customers exceeded 500, invoices and payment control take too long. And it even worsened with the entering foreign markets and adding of different currencies, local language invoices. Rainex became just the solution we needed. Special thanks for easy integration, guys! Support is at the highest level! Well, no more problems with payments! Thank you, Rainex!

Awesome subscription software!
For managing subscription this is a killer. Lots of features, especially if you’re into details!
You can setup products and include those in different subscription plans which was exactly what I was looking for. I setup the products, then I include them in different subscriptions for my clients.
The support have also been awesome, I’ve had video meetings with them where they onboarded me and helped me setup my first subscription products and plans. They have been very friendly regarding support questions and have shown willingness to help me get things up and running!

The inability to delete clients and set custom payment frequencies poses challenges. Additionally, the absence of a description option in invoices limits customization. Despite these, the streamlined onboarding process makes Rainex a promising tool.

A great solution if you use multiple gateways to accept payments.Since we sell our product to different markets, we need to use multiple payment aggregators. Previously, we had to monitor customer payments in two different places, which was time consuming, not efficient and not convenient. Rainex has helped us to consolidate all the payments from our customers in one space. By the way, the system has excellent analytical dashboards that show a complete picture of our product sales.
