Lead search #
Let’s start prospecting for the most relevant future customers!
Click the GetLeads button to start generating leads.
The generation filters are divided into 2 groups, which ensures greater selection accuracy.
General Settings #
The general settings include 3 hard filters within which the AI algorithm will search for the prospects.
Separation into hard and soft filters is important because, for example, for a filter such as industry, rigidity will make generation worse rather than better, because companies may use different wording to describe their field of activity. In turn, such ambiguity is not possible with countries.
Limit leads per request allows you to control the number of leads as a result of the generation. This feature gives you room to experiment with different filter combinations without wasting all the potential of 1000 leads on 1 generation. Please note that a margin of error of +- 10 leads is possible.
Select up to 20 countries where your leads will be searched for in the current generation.
Please note that if your target audience is international companies, you can mark the search for headquarters in specific countries and thus increase the efficiency of lead generation and the likelihood of buying your product.
Determine the size of the team of leads you are looking for and then additional conditions regarding their employees.
If you have a need to find the employees of the lead companies in certain positions to make a decision, mark those positions. This way, the algorithm will only select companies that have these employees and they have profiles in LinkedIn.
You can refine the search for specific employees by supplementing it with the availability of emails.
Please note that additional generation conditions increase the complexity of the task for the AI, as they include many more elements for search and verification, so this generation takes a bit longer than the usual one.
Please also note that when selecting multiple positions, emails will be found for only one of the listed employees, as the plan provides 1 email per 1 lead company.
Fine-tuning #
Fine-tuning is divided into 2 filter groups: Customer Portraits and Industry and Key Phrases.
Select one of the filter groups to use in your generation.
Customer Portraits #
By choosing Customer Portraits, select from the list or via search those customers entered in the Rainex system that will act as a reference for the search.
Please note that the generation will be much closer to the portrait of referenced customers if their email, website and LinkedIn profile details are filled in.
Also note that you can generate only on the basis of customer portraits, without the need of selecting filters.
If you already maintain a database of your customers, you can import it into Rainex to use as references for lead generation. Follow the guide instructions on Import Customers to do this as quickly and correctly as possible.
Industry and Key Phrases #
With Industries and Key Phrases selected, fill in these fields with the parameters you are looking for.
Select industries from the drop-down list. The provided list of industries correlates with those in LinkedIn to optimize your search.
Keyword phrases will allow you to focus your generation on specific points and make it more targeted to the results you need. Write in this box all keywords that can help the system make the search more precise, in any format you like.
When all filters are selected, click Generate.
Depending on the Limit leads per request you have set, generation may take some time.
After generation #
When the generation is finished, its status in the table in the section will change to Completed. The basic data will also be reflected here.
When you go to the lead request card, you will see the filters on the basis of which this generation was performed and a preview of potential customers’ data.
You can use the data directly from the table in Rainex or download the table in a convenient format to get more advanced data.
Check the relevance of the leads received by going to the websites and LinkedIn company profiles.
To view employee data, click Show in the corresponding column. A list of all available employees of the company appears on the right. You can also view their LinkedIn profiles.
In the standard plan, you have the option to define and verify 1 email per lead. However, if needed, you can extend this feature using an addon.
Please note that if you are planning to create an email campaign and you need the emails of decision makers, they should be found at this stage.
Campaigns #
Creating a Campaign #
For further work with leads, go to the Campaigns tab and begin to Create it.
By completing generations, you build a kind of your own database, which can be entirely used when creating campaigns.
So, the first step you need to take is to select the Generations, the contacts of leads from which will be taken further according to the desired criteria. You can select 1, several or all generations.
Next, you can narrow the selection from the chosen generations by the filters Country, Industry and Team Size, which are already standard for you.
Employee filters will again help you to make your campaign selection more targeted by picking a specific position and email availability.
Please note that emails are defined and verified at the Lead search stage. If emails are not identified and you need them when creating the campaign, you can go back to the specific generation and find the emails of decision makers.
Pay attention to 2 more filters controlled by checkboxes Show leads previously added to other campaigns and Show employees previously added to other campaigns. These filters allow you to sift out companies and employees to whom you have previously sent any messages. This screening is split into 2 separate filters, as there can be overlap and the same person can be part of more than one business team.
You can also select the contacts of the right decision makers manually using the checkboxes on the left.
To go to generating a message and sending it, click Create.
Message Generation #
For the created campaigns, you can generate a personalized message using AI by putting your wishes and preferences for its content in a box and adding variables.
Note that you can generate messages in any language and make them relevant to a specific group of prospects.
If you are not satisfied with the content, you can either regenerate the message by providing the AI with more specific preferences or fix it manually. However, don’t forget to keep an eye on the generation limit.
Save the message and use it to interact with decision makers.
Manual LinkedIn Message #
Clicking on the Copy & Send button will take you to the selected employee’s profile.
Open the message sending and simply paste the ready text into the field. All variables will be filled with the appropriate data.
Tip: If the lead has private messages closed and you do not have LinkedIn Premium, send a connection request and paste the message into the request note.
Alternatively, if there are no public employee profiles in the company data, you can do the same directly to the company profile by copying and sending the message.
