Creating a plan price #
Select the currency and frequency you are interested in and click Set Price.
Please note that all added currencies and frequencies are represented in the list for setting the price. You can complete these items in the Settings – Configure section.
For easy identification of the plan, create a Custom Id by toggling the switch and filling in the string with characters that are convenient for your use.
Fill in the rows with the Name. Please note that the External Name will be reflected to customers in the Customer Portal.
The next toggle switches on the Trial Period settings, which will start the subscription of the customer who selects this plan at the given price and frequency. Toggle the switch and in the lines that appear, set the length of the trial period.
Next, define the pricing model for the plan – whether it will be a flat fee or the final price will depend on the quantity.
Enter the plan price in the selected currency. Please note that you can create a free plan by setting the price to 0 in this field.
Finally, specify whether the plan will be valid forever or only for a limited number of billing cycles. For the second option, specify the number of these cycles in the line that appears.
Finally click Create. Your new Plan is ready to be used in your customers’ subscriptions.
Editing the plan price #
In the plan card, select the currency and frequencies whose set price you want to edit. Click on the line with this price.
In the price card, select the Edit option.
Here you will again see all the same fields as when you created the price, each of which you can edit.
Make the necessary changes in one, several or even all fields and click Update to save the new data.
Deleting the plan price #
Please note that it is not possible to delete a plan price if there are existing customer subscriptions using this price.
In the plan card, select the currency and frequencies for which you want to delete the set price.
Go to the card of this price by clicking on the required line.
In the price card, select the Delete option.
If the condition of no active subscriptions for this price is met, confirm the deletion of the price.
