Plan items are addons and charges that complement the services or products of the main plan and thereby open you upsell opportunities to current customers.
Attaching an item to a plan #
If you want to add an addon or charge to your subscription plan, go to the Subscription Plans tab.
On the existing plans page, select the one you currently want from the table, click on it, and go to Plan card.
In the Applicable Addons and Charges box, click the Attach button and choose Addons or Charges.
Next, in the pop-up window fill in the suggested attachment parameters with the required data and click the Add button. For a charge, this will specify the point in the subscription when the charge will be applied. And for addon, whether it will be mandatory included in the subscription or optional for the customer and for addons by Per unit of price model, enter the quantity.
The attached item will be displayed in the Applicable Addons and Charges block.
Editing an attached item #
In the Applicable Addons and Charges block of the plan card, select the item the application of which you want to change.
Please note that editing of the items themselves is done in the corresponding sections.
Click on the button with three dots in the row of the element and select the Edit option.
After you have performed the necessary editing operations, click Update.
Deleting an attached item #
Please note that this is about deleting the attachment of an item to the plan. Deleting the item itself is done in the corresponding sections.
In the Applicable Addons and Charges block of the plan card, select the item you want to unattach from this plan.
Click on the button with three dots in the row of the item and select the Delete option.
Confirm the deletion in the window that appears.
