A metric is a qualitative or quantitative indicator that reflects a particular characteristic and level of success of a product or a service.
Metrics provide invaluable information and are a tool for managing your business in the most effective way.
There are many different metrics available to you to track the qualitative and quantitative performance of your product and further build effective strategies.
All available metrics can be viewed in the “Analytics” section of the “Metrics” tab.
On the page, you can view all the metrics at the same time, or you can switch them individually. For your convenience, there is also a search for metrics by name.
When you click on the desired metric, a pop-up window appears.
To learn the meaning of the metric, how it is measured and interpreted, click Learn more in the first line. To hide this element, click Less at the end of the text.
All metrics are divided into 2 components: KPI and chart.
KPI metrics can be configured by period and by currency, as well as to compare the selected period with the past or the period before. Note that the metrics will only reflect the currencies in which transactions were made.
In order to generate a chart, scroll down the pop-up window and select the period and currency you are currently interested in from the drop-down list. Metric graphs are generated based on the parameters you have selected. By clicking on the icon in the upper right corner of the chart, you can download it in SVG, PNG or CSV formats.
