Step 1. Leads #
Let’s start prospecting for the most relevant future customers!
Click the GetLeads button to start generating leads.
The generation filters are divided into 2 groups, which ensures greater selection accuracy.
General Settings #
- Give a name to the generation
This field is automatically pre-filled. However, you can change the name of the generation to make it more usable for you and your team. For example, name the generation by Industry + Country to make it easier to create campaigns.
- Set a search limit for companies with potential leads
Enter the number of companies you want to generate. Please note that these are the companies within which leads will be further defined. This setting allows you to use your generation package rationally and experiment with offers for different markets and target industries.
- Select countries to search in
Select up to 20 countries where the AI algorithm will search for prospects suitable for you.
Please pay attention to the Generate only companies with headquarters in selected countries checkbox. This setting allows you to find headquarters of international companies. If interacting with leads and potential decision makers from the headquarters is not crucial for you, uncheck this setting.
- Choose your desired team size
Determine the size of the team and therefore the size of the company to be generated.
- Determine your decision makers
First, select whether the selected decision maker must have a verified email address. (Not available in the trial period).
Next, define the positions of leads that can be your decision makers. If you don’t see the position you want in the list, type it in the field below to make a relevant search in this way.
Fine-tuning #
Fine-tuning is divided into 2 filter groups: Industry and Look-alike leads.
Select one of the filter groups to use in your generation.
Industry #
Industry
Select from a list of up to 20 industries relevant to your business as customers. Within the selected industries, the AI algorithm will search for matches based on this and the parameters configured above.
During the generation process, GetLeads AI will check and provide you with the company’s website and LinkedIn profile, as well as the details of all available employees, highlighting decision makers according to your settings.
Keywords (not available in the trial period)
Enter in the field keywords that will help the AI to make the search for suitable companies more accurate. Please note that the keywords should describe your customer and relate to the selected industry.
Otherwise, for example, if you enter keywords related to your business, you confuse the algorithm and the search will NOT turn out to be effective and relevant.
Tip: If you don’t know what keywords to put in, go to the LinkedIn profiles of your current customers or those companies that you are considering as relevant. Study their descriptions and try to find the words that will help the search.
This field is optional.
Look-alike leads #
Use your current customers as a reference for finding new ones. Enter the data of customers you consider to be ideal, and the AI will analyze them and find companies that are as close as possible in terms of parameters.
Click Add Customer and in the window that appears, enter the details of the company that is your customer. Please note that it is the company’s data that is needed, NOT a specific decision maker’s data.
For a more effective portrait of the customer the AI should analyze at least 3 customers.
Click Generate to get your future customers!
We try to make generation as fast as possible, however, a large number of leads and/or verification of emails may take a little longer.
You can track the progress and see the result in the generation card by clicking on it in the table.
After generation #
When the generation is finished, its status in the table in the section will change to Completed. The basic data will also be reflected here.
When you go to the lead request card, you will see the filters on the basis of which this generation was performed and a preview of potential customers’ data.
You can use the data directly from the table in Rainex or download the table in a convenient format to get more advanced data.
Check the relevance of the leads received by going to the websites and LinkedIn company profiles.
To view employee data, click Show in the corresponding column. A list of all available employees of the company appears on the right. You can also view their LinkedIn profiles.
In the standard plan, you have the option to define and verify 1 email per lead. However, if needed, you can extend this feature using an addon.
Please note that if you are planning to create an email campaign and you need the emails of decision makers, they should be found at this stage.
Step 2. Messaging #
Creating a Campaign #
For further work with leads, go to the Campaigns tab and begin to Create it.
By completing generations, you build a kind of your own database, which can be entirely used when creating campaigns.
So, the first step you need to take is to select the Generations, the contacts of leads from which will be taken further according to the desired criteria. You can select 1, several or all generations.
Next, you can narrow the selection from the chosen generations by the filters Country, Industry and Team Size, which are already standard for you.
Employee filters will again help you to make your campaign selection more targeted by picking a specific position and email availability.
Please note that emails are defined and verified at the Lead search stage. If emails are not identified and you need them when creating the campaign, you can go back to the specific generation and find the emails of decision makers.
Pay attention to 2 more filters controlled by checkboxes Show leads previously added to other campaigns and Show employees previously added to other campaigns. These filters allow you to sift out companies and employees to whom you have previously sent any messages. This screening is split into 2 separate filters, as there can be overlap and the same person can be part of more than one business team.
You can also select the contacts of the right decision makers manually using the checkboxes on the left.
To go to generating a message and sending it, click Create.
Message Generation #
For the created campaigns, you can generate a personalized message using AI by putting your wishes and preferences for its content in a box and adding variables.
Note that you can generate messages in any language and make them relevant to a specific group of prospects.
If you are not satisfied with the content, you can either regenerate the message by providing the AI with more specific preferences or fix it manually. However, don’t forget to keep an eye on the generation limit.
Save the message and use it to interact with decision makers.
Manual LinkedIn Message #
Clicking on the Copy & Send button will take you to the selected employee’s profile.
Open the message sending and simply paste the ready text into the field. All variables will be filled with the appropriate data.
Tip: If the lead has private messages closed and you do not have LinkedIn Premium, send a connection request and paste the message into the request note.
Alternatively, if there are no public employee profiles in the company data, you can do the same directly to the company profile by copying and sending the message.
