High-quality communication with customers is the key to established relationships and building customer loyalty.
Emails are the easiest and most effective way to communicate with the customer, even in terms of documenting this communication.
Email log is a record of all the emails sent. You can check customer emails sent by type, customer and sending date.
In the Logs section, click the Email Logs tab to view all sent notifications.
Here you can see basic information about each notification in a table format.
Filtering tools will help you to quickly find the necessary email among others.
Please note that at the very top of the page there is a limit bar for notifications sent through the Rainex SMTP server. The limit is 500 emails per day. Rainex limits do not apply to the SMTP servers you have connected.
For more detailed information about any email, click on it.
Going to the email card you can not only view the data on sending the email and its content, but also resend the email, if necessary.
To repeat sending, go to Preview and click Resend.
