No customer payment should be lost to maximize the quality and efficiency of product management and provision. Rainex provides you with convenient and modern ways of accepting payments, however, it does not limit you only to them. If your customer prefers to pay with cash or cryptocurrency, for example, their payment will still not be lost in the system thanks to the payment record.
Go to the card of the customer who paid using an alternative method.
Next, click on the Record an offline payment button located in the upper right corner of the page.
In the appeared window select the currency of payment. Please note that only currencies added to the project in the Currencies tab are presented in the list.
Enter the amount of payment made.
And specify whether the payment was made in cash or some other way.
To complete the operation, click Proceed.
