Edit Customer #
If you need to update the contact details of a customer, you can do it in the customer card.
Simply select the customer from the list whose data you need to edit and go to their card by clicking on their name.
In the top right corner of the page, select Edit Customer and in the window that appears, make the necessary changes.
Please note that if a customer has a confirmed valid Customer Portal account, you will not be able to delete or replace the specified email address. Changing the email address is only available to the customer directly in the Portal.
When the changes have been made, click Update to save them.
Update billing info #
The customer’s billing information should always be kept as up-to-date as possible. Therefore, in case of any changes, it is necessary to update it immediately.
To do this, in the Billing section, in the Customers tab, select the customer whose information you need to edit and click on it.
In the customer card in the upper right corner, select the operation Update billing info.
In the pop-up window that appears, make the necessary changes.
Please note that when selecting some countries you must also specify the state. This data is used to determine and calculate taxes and for some countries the tax rate differs by state.
To save the editing of billing information, click on the Update button at the bottom of the pop-up window.
