An organized and well-designed layout always catches the attention of customers. And strategically positioning your offerings in a proper way can clearly show your customers the value and benefit. Adjusting the order in which elements are displayed in the Portal is your handy tool to showcase your products and services in a favorable light.
On the Portal settings page, click Sort Items to proceed to editing.
On the settings page you will see tables of Plans, Addons and Charges arranged in the current order.
Select the combination of currency and billing cycle frequency for the set of which you want to change the order in one of the items. Click Apply and the page will show all items and their prices for the specified parameter.
Re-order the plans, addons, and/or charges by dragging the items above or below.
When all items are in their places, click Save if you want to stay on this page and continue sorting. To save the result and return to the Portal settings, click Save and exit.
Go to the Portal to make sure your offerings are presented to customers the way you want them to be.
