Customize the elements of invoices sent to customers.
Tax name
If a different name for value added tax is used in your country or in the country of your customers, you can customize this field in the generated invoice.
In the Tax name field, enter the abbreviation of the name you want.
Click Update to save.
Redirect pages
After payment of an invoice on the acquirer’s side, the customer should be redirected to some page with payment information.
By default, Rainex redirects customers to one or another page depending on the result of the customer’s actions.
However, you have the option to create your own custom customer redirect pages and interact with them at the final touchpoint after they have paid for your product or services.
Pre-create two pages for different payment outcomes or one universal page that can be used for both.
Paste links (or the same link) into the Successful payment page URL and Failed payment page URL fields.
Click Update to save.
