Creating an addon price #
In the Addons tab on the page of existing addons, select the one you need in the table at the moment, click on it and go to the addon card.
In the Pricing block and click on the line with the desired currency and frequency.
Please note that all added currencies and frequencies are represented in the list for setting the price. You can complete these item in the Settings – Configure section.
Then fill in the fields in the Create Price Point For Addon form.
For easy identification of the addon, create a Custom Id by toggling the switch and filling in the string with characters that are convenient for your use.
Fill in the rows with the Name. Please note that the External Name will be reflected to customers in the Customer Portal.
Next, define the pricing model – whether it will be a flat fee or the final price will depend on the quantity.
Enter the addon price in the selected currency. Please note that for the Per Unit pricing model this will be the price per 1 unit.
Finally click Create. The addon with this price is ready to supplement plans in customer subscriptions!
Editing the addon price #
In the Pricing block of an addon card, select and click on the line with the currency and frequency for which you want to edit the price.
On the price card, click Edit, make the necessary changes and then click Update to save the changes.
When the changes have been successfully applied, you will be redirected back to the Addon card.
Deleting the addon price #
Please note that it is not possible to delete an addon price if there are existing customer subscriptions using this price.
To delete the price set for an addon, in the Addons tab, select the addon you want in the table, click on it and go to Addon card.
In the Pricing block, select and click on the line with the currency and frequency for which you want to delete the price.
On the price page, click Delete and then confirm the deletion in the pop-up window.
