Follow the written instructions below or watch the video.
Select the Catalog section of the control panel and then go to the Addons.
Click the Create Addon button in the upper right corner. You will be taken to the addon creation page.
You have the option to create a custom ID for the addon. Toggle the switch and enter the desired combination of characters in the field that appears.
Select from the drop-down list which product family this addon will belong to.
Enter the name of the addon that will be displayed within the system.
Enter the name of the addon that will be displayed to customers in the Customer Portal. The two names can be different or the same.
Optionally fill in the description of the addon.
Also select whether you would like this addon to be displayed in the Customer Portal or not.
When the required data is filled in, click Create.
Next, be sure to go to the card of the created Addon to set at least one price.
Select the currency and frequency you need for this addon and go to the price creation card by clicking Set Price.
Please note that currencies and frequencies are customizable under Settings – Configure in the corresponding tabs.
As well as for the addon itself, fill in the Names and optionally set a Custom ID.
Determine the pricing model – whether the price will depend on the quantity of the service or product provided.
And enter the price (for Per Unit, this is the price per 1 unit).
Complete the creation again by clicking on the Create button.
This addon is ready to become part of your customers’ subscriptions
