Select the Catalog tab on the control panel and then go to the Charges tab.
Click on the Create Charge button in the upper right corner. You will be taken to the charge creation page.
You have the option to create a custom ID for the charge. Toggle the switch and enter the desired combination of characters in the field that appears.
Select from the drop-down list which product family this addon will belong to.
Enter the name of the charge that will be displayed within the system.
Enter the name of the charge that will be displayed to customers in the Customer Portal. The two names can be different or the same.
Optionally fill in the description of the charge.
Also select whether you would like this charge to be displayed in the Customer Portal or not.
Then click the Create button to save the new charge.
After successful completion of the operation, you will be redirected to the page of all charges. The new charge will be added and displayed on the page.
Next, be sure to go to the card of the created charge to set at least one price.
Select the currency you need for this addon and go to the price creation card by clicking Set Price.
Please note that currencies are customizable under Settings – Configure in the corresponding tabs.
As well as for the charge itself, fill in the Names and optionally set a Custom ID.
Determine the pricing model – whether the price will depend on the quantity of the service or product provided.
And enter the price (for Per Unit, this is the price per 1 unit).
Complete the creation again by clicking on the Create button.
This charge is ready to become part of your customers’ subscriptions
