What are the terms and conditions of the GetLeads free trial?
The trial period allows you to test the system and determine if it suits your business needs before making a purchase. We give you the opportunity to generate 50 leads while trying out the usability of the tools and checking the relevance of leads in practice.
How to make generation by Industries as efficient as possible?
Leverage Keywords to the fullest! Relevant words and phrases help the AI algorithm conduct more accurate searches finding the desired words. Tip: Visit the websites and LinkedIn profiles of companies that are your ideal customers and see what wording they use to describe their services.
How to make generation by Portraits as efficient as possible?
Generation based on Customer Portraits is performed based on your customers’ data entered into the system. Therefore, for maximum efficiency you should fill in as much data about your current customers as possible, paying special attention to the Website, LinkedIn profile and Email address. Please note that we carefully store all customer data in compliance with international regulations. We do not sell and/or share any information about you and/or your customers. How can I be sure that leads are live and relevant?
When we say that our system eliminates 98% of the possibility that you will get a company that is not relevant to your search, not yet active or no longer active, it’s not just a marketing buzzword. Our AI algorithm thoroughly checks websites and LinkedIn company profiles for activity and relevance to your request, making sure you get the results you are looking for.
What is the difference between a lead and a decision maker?
A lead is a company that is your potential customer. By running the generation, you activate our AI algorithm to search for sites and LinkedIn profiles of targeted companies. Decision makers are the second stage of generation, where the system searches for and generates data on the employees of these companies. Thus, the limit of 1000 leads per month allows you to find 1000 companies that may be interested in your products or services. The number of decision makers from these very companies is unlimited and you can access their data and send personalized messages without any restrictions as well.
What is the difference between generating leads by Customer Portraits and by 行业 and Keywords?
Let’s start with the more familiar – generation by 行业. In GetLeads, you can select up to 20 industries at a time, supplement your search terms with relevant keywords and get the desired results. Portrait-based generation is a unique feature that allows your current paying customers to become the foundation for finding new ones.
What happens to leads when the limit expires?
Once generated, leads and corresponding decision makers remain in your database forever. At any point in the subscription, you can send a personalized message to any contact and download a spreadsheet with all the lead data from previous generations. The next 1000 leads are simply added to the previous generation.
Are GetLeads and Rainex a joint product? Do I have to buy both subscriptions to use GetLeads?
Rainex is the name of our brand and is simultaneously the name of our billing and subscription management system. GetLeads is a standalone product within Rainex. They are independent products and therefore you can use them either separately or together. Please note that to generate leads using Customer Portrait, you do enter data about your current customers into the billing system. However, as long as you do not reach the limit of 100 transactions made through Rainex connected payment gateways, you remain under the Free Plan. Thus, by simply entering customer data to generate, you are not moving to a paid Rainex subscription.

What is a Free plan and what are its terms?
The Free plan includes all the components of the Professional plan with the exception of addons. Free use of the platform continues until the number of transactions through one or more gateways connected to Rainex reaches 100. Once this limit is exhausted, you will be upgraded to the Professional plan. The upgrade will take place on a specific billing date. Until this date and until you receive your invoice, you will not be restricted in any way from using the system in its full functionality.
What currencies and languages does Rainex support?
Rainex supports all currencies of the world, EUR and USD are available by default. The system supports any language, English is available by default. To implement the necessary language package, contact customer support.
How does Rainex handle payments?
Rainex itself does not handle payments in any way, delegating this responsibility to certified payment acquirers around the world.
How can I contact customer support for billing-related issues?
On the Contact page you can find all the ways of contacting us and choose the most convenient for you: by phone, email, in the website chat bot or fill out any of the Contact us forms.
What are the available subscription plans?
Currently only Free and Professional plans are available, which includes all the necessary features to manage subscriptions and accept payments.The Premium plan, which is a custom plan, is currently under development. More information about future features can be found in the Rainex roadmap.
What if Rainex does not have integration with the payment gateway I need?
Rainex can make integration with any payment gateway at your request within 2 weeks.Please note that we on our part undertake to do everything possible to provide you with the fastest and most convenient experience, but we cannot be responsible for a third-party service provider.
What methods are Rainex payments accepted in?
After the end of the trial access, a banner with payment will appear in your personal account, after which you will be taken to the Stripe page. If you want to pay for the service ahead of schedule, just email support@rainex.io about it.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You are free to cancel your subscription at any time. To do this, simply send an email to support@rainex.io with a request to cancel the subscription.
Is there a setup fee or any hidden charges?
We do not charge a transaction fee or revenue fee. So you pay only fixed fee according to chosen plan.
Can you help with integration?
Of course. Our service is build on base of .Net, so it’s pretty easy to integrate with. However, if you have any questions about API integration, our technical experts will promptly give you an answer or connect to help you solve the problem.
How often will I be billed?
You can choose to pay for Rainex Subscription Billing monthly or yearly with a significant discount.
What happens if my payment fails?
No functions other than viewing the main page will be available. However, your account and data will not be deleted for 120 days after that following data protection laws, and access to it will return after payment.
