Step 1

Onboarding

Get to know the platform through the onboarding process by customizing the currency, product, pricing plan and price. These 4 elements will be the basis of some further settings.

 

Accelerate the initial setup with AI Onboarding, allowing you to set all the necessary parameters for your first plan in a dialog format with our artificial assistant.

Step 2

Setting up Gateways

Rainex provides you with payment gateways that allow you to receive payments from around the world.

Select the desired gateway and the Guide will walk you through the steps to quickly find the data you need to connect. 

 

Remember that thanks to Multi-Gateways you can connect all the presented payment gateways at the same time. Enhance seamless receipt of payments through multiple gateways by adding the necessary Currencies and setting up Routing.

Branding customization

Build customer trust in your resource by creating a clear image and connection of the customer to your brand.

 

In a single place, customize the look and feel of all system items your customer interacts with: Invoices, Notifications and their Customer Portal accounts.

 

Go to the Branding tab and enter your company’s identity marks, which Rainex will automatically attach to all of the mentioned items.

 

Guide as always to assist you in effectively customizing Rainex.

 

Rainex doesn’t limit you in branding and allows you the flexibility to manage all your resources and companies.

Notification Settings

Keep customers in the loop without the hassle for you with automatic notifications.

 

Set up SMTP and create trust with your customers by sending emails directly from you.

 

Choose the types of emails you send and if you want, edit their content as you see fit. Switch to the languages you want by doing the same and thereby enable multi-language notifications for customers.

Each configuration step is described in detail in the Guide.

NOTE! 

Without the settings enabled, your customers will not receive invoices, payment confirmations and other necessary messages. Please pay attention to this setting.

Complement the setting with emails that notify you of key customer actions throughout their life cycles in Event Notifications.

Step 5

Dunning Customization

Reduce involuntary churn of your customers with dunning.

 

Customize the conditions for resuming debit attempts for customers with autopayment. This feature is activated in case of failed transactions or insufficient funds in the customer’s account. The guide will help you to set it up.

 

For customers without autopayment, Rainex has provided kind reminders activated when a payment is overdue. Customize the terms of this feature effectively with the Guide.

Step 6

Plan with Trial

You have already created a plan with a price in the onboarding process. If necessary, you can refer to the Guide for instructions.

 

In this step we want to draw your attention to setting up a trial period, which is often necessary due to the specifics of your business.

 

The trial period is configured when setting the price. So for the same plan in different Currency and Frequency, a trial period may or may not be provided for customers.

 

Expand the plan with additional recurring and one-time services by creating Addons and Charges. Unlock cross-sale opportunities that increase the average check of current customers.

Step 7

Customer with Autopayment

Enter customer data to create their subscriptions and bill them. The Guide will help you understand all the customer data elements.

Use the Guide to quickly and easily import your current customer base.

Prevent late payments from customers by activating auto-payments for them. Enable the appropriate panel when creating a customer or in their card. Click Request payment method, select one of your gateways and send the customer a unique link to confirm their payment method is connected to your services.

Subscription creation

Get different variations of subscriptions by changing the settings to suit your specific product and customer.

 

Select a customer and the components of their subscription, including plan, addons, and charges.

 

 

NOTE! 

Run promotions and reward customers by adding discounts on both the entire subscription and individual items.

 

Define the general billing settings for this subscription.

 

Customize the terms and conditions for starting a subscription.

Customer Portal

Self-service and independence are two hallmarks that today’s consumers in the media and entertainment industry need.

Differentiate your Customer Portal and make it resonate with customers with a subdomain and branding appropriate to your company. Use Custom Domain to establish even more credibility with this customer touchpoint.

 

Define the plans, addons and charges shown in the Portal by selecting a product. Once the Portal setup is complete, the Sorting option will open up for you, allowing you to arrange the items in your digital storefront in a logical and attractive order. 

 

Select a language and customize customers’ ability to manage the Portal.

 

You also have options to set up custom payment links and agreements.

 

The Guide will make customizing your Portal a piece of cake.

 

All you have to do is put the link in your resources and increase the power of your business by leaps and bounds.

 

Subscription management will become the most carefree element of your business with automatic synchronization of all customer actions in your Rainex system.
