Set up triggers to send emails and even customize each individual email. Switch languages, enable the emails you want and customize the template as you need, localizing your messages to customers around the world.

NOTE! 

Don’t underestimate the importance of these customizations. Without them, Rainex will not be able to send invoices, reminders, and other messages to your customers.

Configuring additional services

Addons are recurring products or services that complement plans in customer subscriptions on a regular basis. The Guide will help you customize addons that perfectly complement your plans. 

 

Charges refer to one-time items, allowing you to successfully sell services or products that your agency’s customers don’t have a need for on an ongoing basis. The Guide will help you customize them as well.

Customer and Auto Payment Activation

Enter customer details including basic identification and billing details required to generate the invoice. If you encounter difficulties, use the Guide.

If you already have a customer base, you can import the data by following the guidelines provided in the Guide

Autopay is a surefire way to reduce involuntary churn. Enable autopay when you create a customer, or when you edit the entered data.

The rules require customers to enter their own data and confirm the connection of a payment method to activate autopayment. Give them this opportunity by clicking in the customer’s card Request payment method, selecting the gateway and sending the link in any convenient way.

Subscription for the customer

All the items are ready and you can move on to creating a subscription for the customer. This is a simple and logically structured process.

  1. Define who and what you are selling to. The components of a subscription are the plan, addons, and charges.
